Frequently Asked Questions
When Counseling is Helpful
Counseling is something that is unique to each person. To determine if counseling is appropriate for you or a loved one, it may help to ask the following questions:
*Has anyone ever suggested that you or a loved one may benefit from counseling?
*Is stress preventing you from living a full, balanced life?
*Are you or a loved one:
having difficulty managing emotions?
having trouble keeping up with daily tasks at work, home or school?
struggling with a major life change, such as a divorce, death or loss of a job?

Duration of Counseling
At LCS, each client is treated individually and length of treatment varies. One thing that we want our clients and their families to count on is that each session is important and feedback will be given throughout the counseling process.
